Unpack the archive somewhere you can write - your user profile, not Program Files -
and start realtalk-client.exe. Keep realtalk-update.exe next to it; that is
what installs later versions. Enter this server address:

Push-to-talk is bound to Caps Lock by default. The client keeps running in the tray.
What you will see on first start
A Windows SmartScreen warning. This build is not code-signed, so Windows cannot name a publisher. Choose More info, then Run anyway. If that makes you uncomfortable, do not run it - that is a reasonable position.
A server fingerprint prompt. Accept it once and the client remembers it. If it ever appears again for a server you already trusted, stop and ask before accepting: it means the server identity changed.
Version mismatch
Client and server must run the same major and minor version. A client that the server turns away offers to install the matching build itself and restarts into it. Builds from before that mechanism existed still need the manual route: download the archive above and replace your copy.
